What insurance do you accept?
We accept Medicaid.
As of January 1, 2019, we will no longer be directly billing any other insurance companies.
If you have private insurance, we can give you documentation that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement and access to a billing company that can advocate for you. If you have a Health Savings Account, it will pay for our visits. Medicare will not accept billing documents for reimbursement.
Private insurance will still cover tests and medications we order to the extent they have before. Medicare may not cover testing and medications ordered from our office but we may be able to offer lower cost labs for those with Medicare.
Will my insurance cover my lab fees?
We aren’t directly affiliated with any labs, although we will provide the needed order forms and test kits for the tests you need, and direct you to lab services we’ve found to be reliable. The labs will bill you or your insurance directly for their services.
We will be happy to give you contact information for the various lab customer service offices, and the insurance billing codes so you can find out what your lab costs will be. Many standard tests are usually covered by insurance, but our staff can’t answer questions about your specific plan.
